XENORGANIX ships products from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, United States. All orders are carefully packaged to protect our handcrafted items during transit.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). During peak periods or for small-batch production items, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods and Rates Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected carrier (commonly USPS or equivalent). Domestic U.S. shipping estimates are provided on product pages and at checkout. We offer free shipping on qualifying orders as indicated on the site.

Delivery Estimates Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and vary by destination and shipping method. These are estimates only; actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. XENORGANIX is not responsible for delays once the package is transferred to the carrier.

International Shipping International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. XENORGANIX is not responsible for customs delays, refused shipments, or additional charges imposed by the destination country. We recommend verifying import regulations for cosmetic products containing peptides before ordering.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to claim, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees. Address changes after shipment cannot always be guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages If a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us promptly with tracking details and photographic evidence (for damage). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
